Vu Hong Vy Huynh is a Ph.D. student in International Studies at the Graduate School of Asia- Pacific Studies, Waseda University. She received her M.A. in Japanese Studies at Sophia University. Her major fields of interests include Japanese Studies, Vietnam-Japan relations and migration. Her current research focuses on the lived experiences of Vietnamese migrants in Japan.
